基于底板截流理论的强含水层水害治理技术

    Water Disaster Treatment Technology of Serious Water-bearing Layer Based on Floor River-closure Theory

    • 摘要: 基于焦作九里山矿底板强含水层潜在的矿井突水风险,运用物探和钻探相结合的方法探明底板含水层具体情况,并在此基础上运用底板改造技术对矿井强含水层截流区域水害进行治理。结果表明:底板含水层突水是矿井涌水的主要来源,且底板存在许多导水通道,最大涌水量达到42 m3/min,破坏性极强。采用注浆加固改造底板的方案对底板强含水层截流区域进行水害治理,使底板下移40 m从而解放受水威胁煤层,保证了工作面的正常回采。

       

      Abstract: Based on the potential water inrush danger of floor serious water-bearing layer at Jiulishan Coal Mine in Jiaozuo, the combined method of geophysical prospecting and drilling is used to explore the specific conditions of floor aquifer; on basis of this situation, floor reconstruction technology is applied to treat the water disaster of river-closure area. The results show that floor water-bearing layer water inrush is the major source of coal mine water gushing, many water channels exist in the floor, the largest inflow amount can reach to 42 m3/min with high destructiveness. We adopt floor grouting reinforcement scheme to treat the river-closure area of floor serious water-bearing layer, and make the floor shifting down 40 meters to let the coal seam free from the threat of water-bearing layer and ensure the safety of mining.
