伪倾斜柔性掩护支架工作面三相泡沫防灭火技术

    Fire Prevention and Control Technology of Three-phase Foam at False-inclined Flexible Shield Working Face

    • 摘要: 针对棠浦煤矿393(II)03柔性掩护支架工作面地质条件差、自燃灾害严重,在分析工作面自然发火特点及现有防治方法的基础上,应用三相泡沫防灭火技术,通过上隅角埋管、超前施工钻孔等工艺,成功解决了工作面自然发火难题,保证了工作面的安全回采。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the poor geological condition and serious spontaneous combustion disaster at 393(II)03 flexible shield support coal face in Tangpu Coal Mine, on the basic of analyzing the characteristics of spontaneous combustion at the working face and current control methods, then applying the technology of fire prevention of three-phase foam, burying pipe in upper corner, pre-constructing borehole, the difficulty of spontaneous combustion is successfully solved, which guarantees safe mining of working face.
