低透气性高瓦斯煤矿综采工作面瓦斯抽采技术

    Gas Extraction Technology at Fully-mechanized Working Face with Low Penetrability and High Gas

    • 摘要: 根据某矿12503综采工作面低透气性高瓦斯的概况,通过理论分析现场实测的方法,优化了12503工作面瓦斯参数,得出12503工作面绝对瓦斯涌出量为21.3 m3/min;确定了12503工作面采用顶板裂隙带钻孔抽采和本煤层预抽抽采技术。通过现场数据对抽采效果进行分析,12503工作面可抽出瓦斯10.31 m3/min,工作面抽采率48.4%,瓦斯抽采效果达标。通过对12503工作面的瓦斯抽采,保证安全高效的生产,并为类似条件下的推广应用提供了经验。

       

      Abstract: According to the situation of low penetrability and high gas at 12503 fully-mechanized working face in a coal mine, the gas parameters of 12503 working face are optimized, by using the methods of theoretical analysis and field measurement, the absolute emission quantity of gas is 21.3 m3/min at 12503 working face; the roof fractured zone extraction and the coal seam extraction are adopted at 12503 working face. The effect of gas extraction is analyzed by field data, the extraction quantity of gas is 10.31 m3/min and the extraction rate of working face is 48.4%, the gas extracting effect can reach the standard. The gas extraction at 12503 working face can ensure the safe and efficient production, and can be used as references for popularization and application in other fields with similar conditions.
