Abstract:
Through the analysis of the failure mechanism of high stress roadway excavation, we establish the porous pressure relief model (surrounding rock - porous pressure relief materials - steel support), analyze the theory of releasing pressure support, and propose the pressure release supporting technology with holes in high stressed roadway. By the method of numerical modeling, we imitate the damage evolution of surrounding rock of rectangular roadway in different supporting ways, and demonstrate by engineering practice. The result indicates that adopting the pressure-release support with porous materials, surrounding rock stress is released through the compress porous materials, and there is no obvious deformation on roadway surface with complete supports.
