深部高应力巷道置孔释压支护技术适应性研究
Research on Adaptability of Pressure-release Support Technology with Porous Materials in Deep High Stress Roadway

摘要: 通过对深部高应力巷道破坏机理进行分析,建立了置孔释压支护模型(围岩-置孔释压材料-金属支架),分析了置孔释压支护原理,提出了深部高应力巷道置孔释压支护技术,采用数值模拟的方法,对矩形巷道不同支护巷道围岩破坏演化过程进行了分析,并通过工程实践论证。结果表明:采用置孔释压支护后,围岩应力通过释压材料压缩得以释放,巷道表面无明显变形,支架完整。Abstract: Through the analysis of the failure mechanism of high stress roadway excavation, we establish the porous pressure relief model (surrounding rock - porous pressure relief materials - steel support), analyze the theory of releasing pressure support, and propose the pressure release supporting technology with holes in high stressed roadway. By the method of numerical modeling, we imitate the damage evolution of surrounding rock of rectangular roadway in different supporting ways, and demonstrate by engineering practice. The result indicates that adopting the pressure-release support with porous materials, surrounding rock stress is released through the compress porous materials, and there is no obvious deformation on roadway surface with complete supports.
