大倾角煤层俯斜开采覆岩运动规律相似模拟

    Similar Simulation for Overlying Strata Movement Laws in Large Inclined Coal Seam with Dip Mining

    • 摘要: 以大倾角煤层俯采采场为研究对象,采用相似材料模拟和理论分析的方法研究了采场覆岩垮落规律以及空间结构动态演化规律,以此为基础建立了覆岩空间结构力学模型。结果表明:俯斜开采顶板来压步距较长,基本顶初次来压步距约50 m,周期来压步距约25 m;采场覆岩空间结构是不断演化的,最终将形成多个不同层位的基本顶岩梁结构和1个横贯整个采场的“非对称裂隙拱结构”,采场中上部原下位基本顶岩梁会转化为冒落带,基本顶岩梁呈“阶梯状”沿倾向向上位岩层发展。采场下部区域,拱脚支承位置低,约束程度强,但容易产生煤壁片帮和架前冒顶,需加强“支架-围岩”系统的稳定性控制。

       

      Abstract: The caving laws and dynamic evolution laws on space structure of stope overlying strata are researched by taking the large inclined coal seam with dip mining stope as the research object and the method of similar material simulation and theoretical analysis, and the overlying strata space structure mechanical model is established. The results show that the roof weighting interval is longer by adopting dip mining and the first weighting interval of basic roof is 50 m while the periodic weighting interval is 25 m. Besides, the space structure of stope overlying strata is evolving constantly, and several basic rock beams structure at different horizons as well as an asymmetric crack arch structure which crosses the whole stope will be formed finally. However, the original lower basic rock beams at the middle and upper parts of stope will translate into caving zone and the basic rock beams will extend to the upper strata along the tendency with the shape of stair-step. The phenomenon of coal wall caving and the roof-falling in front of supports will generate easily at the lower area of stope despite the arch springing bearing position is lower and the bound level is higher. Therefore, the stability control of support-surrounding rock system should be strengthened.
