新型矿用水凝胶的制备及堵漏风性能测试

    Preparation of New Mine-used Hydrogel and Its Performance Test About Air Leakage Plugging

    • 摘要: 为提升矿井堵漏风效率,将羧甲基纤维素钠和柠檬酸铝配制而成的高分子水凝胶应用到防治煤矿自燃火灾研究中,采用黏度计和自行设计的堵漏风测式装置对凝胶的黏度、成胶时间、流变特性和堵漏风性能进行测试;用漏斗法结合实时的凝胶黏度确定成胶时间。在理论配比范围内,优选出适合煤矿井下应用的CMC质量分数为2.0%和2.5%的凝胶。配合使用这2种凝胶可显著提升堵漏风效果,实现内外堵漏一体化。

       

      Abstract: In order to enhance the efficiency of mine plugging and leaking wind, we applied polymer water gel which compounded by CMC and aluminum citrate to study fire preventing and extinguishing in coal mine. Self-designed viscometer and plugging and leaking wind measurement device are used to test the viscosity, gelling time, rheological properties and plugging and leaking wind performance of the gel. The funnel combined with real-time viscosity of the gel is used to determine the gel time. In the theoretical dosage ratio range, we preferred the mass fraction of CMC 2.0% and 2.5% gel. These two gels can significantly enhance the effect of plugging and leaking wind, achieve internal and external integration in plugging and leaking wind.
