Abstract:
The accidents are mainly created by the human's unsafe behavior. The modern safety management needs not only scientific business theory and rational mode of thinking, but also human-oriented idea and emotional management. Combined with the actual mine safety management, some basic requirements and attentions are proposed by means of emotion management. Negative emotions of employees are eliminated, and their positive emotions are stimulated. Effective management is realized through the emotional communication, the relationship of management and staff will be more harmonious. In this way, employees' subjective initiative is fully motivated, and their safety sense is enhanced actively, and in this case, people's unsafe behavior may be controlled or even eliminated.
