Abstract:
In order to improve the the disadvantages of traditional deformation measurement method of paste material compression performance test,based on the importance of the deformation performance test in predicting the compactness of paste filling materials and the degree of strength control foundation subsidence,the digital image measurement technology which researches the uniaxial compressive strength and deformation properties of paste filling materials is put forward.using digital image principle to measure deformation parameters of paste specimen in the process of compression,including image collection,gray melt,the binary,edge recognition and contour extraction etc,the purpose is to not disturb specimen and deformation,and to achieve the simultaneous-direct measurements of transversal-longitudinal strain of paste samples under the premise of ensuring the experimental precision,also studies the existed problems and error correction method in this technology and analyzes the measuring precision.At last,an example proves the feasibility and correctness of the technology.
