基于FLUENT的箕斗提升回风井积尘原因分析

    Reason Analysis of Dust Accumulation in Skip Hoisting Return Air Shaft by FLUENT

    • 摘要: 箕斗提升回风井的粉尘污染问题,一直是困扰此类煤矿安全生产的一大难题。通过现场勘查、借鉴国内外同行案例经验,并结合柳泉煤矿回风井的特点进行了详细地分析、计算。应用基于FLUENT软件的有限元法进行井筒内流场的数值模拟仿真,研究得出箕斗处在井筒的不同位置时井筒空间内的气流速度和压力分布状况,由此探寻箕斗提升回风井粉尘污染的深层次原因。受风井断面尺寸的限制,箕斗在井筒中运行时导致局部风流速度剧增,从而引起煤尘抛撒。同时箕斗提升回风井的积尘原因分析也为矿井后期的技术改造提供了依据。

       

      Abstract: The dust pollution in skip hoisting and return air shaft is still one of difficult problems in coal mine safety work. In this paper, by using site survey and the case experience from domestic and foreign counterparts, the dust pollution in the air return skip shaft of Liuquan Mine is analyzed in detail. The numerical simulation analysis soft FLUENT is applied to obtain the velocity field and pressure distribution of the return wind when the skip is at different positions in the mine shaft. Thus, the deep-seated reasons of the dust pollution in the wellbore will be extracted by the proposed method; because of the limitation of the air shaft section, the local airflow velocity will be too large when the skip is running in the air shaft, causing coal dust dispersal, which can provide a scientific basis for the latter technological transformation of the coal mine.
