Abstract:
Heat recovery system of mine return air is a new kind of energy-saving system. It can transfer heat from mine return air into water by spray. For the situation of a domestic mine, we study the influence of arrangement of spray and working condition of different water-air ratio and drop diameter on heat transfer effect. The results show that the heat transfer effect is the best when the system adopts the arrangement of two-stage, three rows and reversed spray, the water-air ratio is about 1.3; the drop diameter is about 1 mm.
