  • 摘要: 以5×103 m3瓦斯罐为例,利用ANSYS软件对瓦斯罐受开采影响而产生的倾斜、曲率进行了模拟分析,获取了临界变形值,进而研究了开采沉陷对瓦斯罐的破坏机理。结果表明:当瓦斯罐基础处于自然状态时,罐底角焊缝处应力最大,边缘板产生翘曲变形,而中幅板应力很小;有限元模拟获取的倾斜临界变形值与“钢制储罐地基基础设计规范”要求基本一致;正曲率对瓦斯罐的影响较大,其临界值为0.11 mm-1,负曲率的影响较小,一般不会造成瓦斯罐的结构破坏。
    Abstract: Taking 5×103 m3 gas tank as an example, ANSYS finite element modeling software is used to simulate and analyze the influence of tilt and curvature caused by coal mining on gas tank. The critical deformation value is obtained and the mechanism of mining subsidence damage to the gas tank is further discussed. The experimental results show that the maximum stress value is in the fillet weld and the tank wall and the edge plate is warped with the understructure in a natural state, while the stress of intermediate plate is very small; the critical tilt value is similar to the "code for design of steel tank foundation"; the positive curvature has relatively large effect and the critical value is 0.11 mm-1, while negative curvature has little effect and usually does not cause structural damage to the gas tank.
