  • 摘要: 矿井瓦斯抽采系统是影响煤层瓦斯抽采效果、保障煤矿安全生产的综合性系统。以图论理论和阻力损失理论为指导,以瓦斯抽采监控系统在线监测数据为计算依据,对卫设煤矿M18煤层高负压抽采系统的沿程阻力进行了计算和分析,找出了管网中阻力损失最大的3条关键分支,最后通过管径优选的方法对抽采管网进行了优化,提高了抽采效果,降低了抽采能耗,取得了很好的现场应用效果。
    Abstract: Coal mine gas extraction system is a comprehensive system affecting coal seam gas extraction and guaranteeing safety in production of coal mine. In this paper, the theory of graph and resistance loss is regarded as guidelines, and the online data of monitoring system for mine gas extraction is used as the basis of calculation, the frictional resistance of high negative pressure extraction system about M18 coal seam of Weishe Coal Mine is calculated and analyzed, and 3 key branches which have the maximum resistance loss of pipeline are found. Finally, extraction pipeline network is optimized based on the method of pipeline diameter optimization, the extraction effect is improved and extraction energy is reduced, which obtains very good effect of field application.
