煤矿井下NPC型三电平静止无功补偿器控制延迟的电流环补偿

    Current Loop Compensation for Control Delay of NPC Type Multi-level Static Var Compensator Used in Coal Mine Underground

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿660 V电压特点,对二极管箝位型(NPC)三电平结构作为主拓扑的矿用隔爆型SVG补偿无功原理进行了研究,在此基础上对控制器设计中因滤波和数字处理器等环节引起控制闭环时间延迟影响自身功率的现象进行了分析;通过与建模补偿法补偿时间延迟的比较,提出了通过补偿电流环的方法减小无功。试验结果表明通过补偿电流环的方法保证自身单位功率因数的方法简单有效,同时保证了无功补偿效果更好。

       

      Abstract: For the characteristics of 660 VAC voltage in a coal mine, we study the reactive compensation principle of mining flameproof static var generator which takes NPC multi-level structure as main topology. On this basis, we analyze the phenomenon that the time delay of control closed loop caused by filter and digital processor affects its power in controller design. Through the comparison with model compensation method in time delay, we propose the method of reducing reactive power by current loop compensation. Experiment results demonstrate that the unit power factor is guaranteed with better compensation effect by current loop compensation.
