基于Surfer8.0的回采工作面热湿源分布及变化规律

    Heat and Humidity Sources Distribution and Variation of Mining Face Based on Surfer8.0

    • 摘要: 为了研究工作面热湿源分布及变化规律,采用单元法对回采工作面风流参数进行了现场测定,利用Surfer8.0软件得到了工作面风流温度、含湿量的分布等值线图和云图。现场测试与分析结果表明:沿工作面倾斜方向风流的温度和湿度逐渐升高,增热和增湿的趋势基本上是同步的。温度参数在沿工作面走向方向靠近采空区位置温度最高,其次为靠近煤壁方向,在工作面中部温度相对最低,变化幅度也最小,基本与巷道风流速度场的分布成反比。湿度参数则由于防尘水的原因在煤壁附近最高,靠近采空区附近较低,巷道中部最小。总体分析工作面后半部分较前半部分的温度和湿度增加梯度稍大。

       

      Abstract: In order to research the distribution and variation of heat and humidity sources at working face, field measurement of ventilation parameter in coal face is carried out by element method. The distribution contour map and nephogram of airflow temperature and humidity ratio at coal face are obtained by Surfer8.0. Field test and the results show that the temperature and humidity of airflow along inclination direction in coal face is increased gradually, and the trend of increasing heat and humidification is synchronization. The temperature parameter is highest along direction working face near goaf, followed by coal wall, near the direction of the central temperature is relatively low in coal face, the change range is also the smallest, it is basically inversely proportional to the distribution of wind and speed field in roadway. Because of dustproof water, the humidity parameters is highest near the wall, close to the goaf is lower and the minimum in the central of roadway. General analysis, the temperature and humidity of latter part increases a little larger comparing with the first half part.
