王家岭2号避难硐室逃生钻孔构建

    Construction of Rescue Drilling in Refuge Chamber of Wangjialing No.2 Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 目前我国煤矿发生灾变时,避险人员一旦进入避险设施,在危险排除前,只能被动等待救援。然而,井下避险设施能够提供的有效防护时间是有限的,存在救援时间超出避险设施有效防护时间的可能,有造成二次灾难的隐患。结合国内外紧急避险技术及应急救援经典案例,以王家岭煤矿2号永久避难硐室为实例,通过现场调研及理论研究,提出在避难硐室内部构建单人救援逃生钻孔,确定了逃生钻孔孔径、位置等相关参数及钻孔钻进施工工艺,并对钻孔稳定性作了数值模拟分析,验证了钻孔的稳定性。

       

      Abstract: At present, when coal mine occurs in our country, escaping persons in the safety facilities can only passively wait for rescue before the disaster is removed. However, protection time provided by refuge chamber is limited and secondary disaster may occur because of the failure protection. Combined with emergency safety technology at home and abroad and classic cases of emergency rescue, taking Wangjialing No.2 permanent refuge chamber as an example, we build a single rescue drilling in the refuge chamber through field investigation and theoretical research. Drilling size and pore forming technology is determined and numerical simulation is done on drilling stability.
