玻璃钢锚杆在偏W通风回风巷煤帮支护中的应用

    Application of FRP Bolts in Coal Rib Support of Partial W-type Ventilation Return Airway

    • 摘要: 针对山西段王煤矿150405工作面高瓦斯的特点,为消除使用金属锚杆在回采生产中不易切割、容易产生火花引起瓦斯煤尘爆炸的隐患,提高回采期间巷帮的稳定性,在回风巷帮部采用树脂玻璃钢锚杆支护。支护参数经由类比法、计算法确定,并投入现场应用。深部基点位移及表面位移观测等试验表明,帮锚杆采用玻璃钢锚杆支护效果良好,保证了巷道两帮的稳定性,消除了因采煤机切割锚杆引起的瓦斯煤尘爆炸隐患。

       

      Abstract: For the high gas characteristic at 150405 coal face of Duanwang Mine in Shanxi Province, in order to eliminate the risks of gas explosion and damage to the roller cutters of shearer caused by metal bolts and improve the stability of the coal ribs during extraction, FRP bolts are used in the ribs of return airway. Supporting arguments are determined by analogy and calculation, and has been put into field application. Deep base point displacement and surface displacement observation tests show that FRP bolts work well in coal rib support and they are safe and practical to ensure the stability of both ribs. At the same time, FRP bolts eliminate some of the hazards maybe caused by gas and coal dust explosion. So, there is a wide range of application value.
