水力压裂增透技术在兴安煤矿的应用

    Application of Hydraulic Fracturing Permeability Improvement Technology in Xing'an Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为了解决煤层透气性较低的问题,提高本煤层钻孔瓦斯抽采率,降低煤与瓦斯突出危险性,在兴安煤矿井下进行水力压裂增透现场试验。为确定合理的注水压力,对煤层水力压裂进行了力学分析,并利用数值模拟的方法计算出该煤层裂纹起裂临界水压为12.4 MPa。水力压裂现场试验结果表明:煤层压裂后瓦斯抽采浓度和流量均有明显提高。

       

      Abstract: For increasing the coal seam permeability, improving the gas extraction rate and reducing the risk of coal and gas outburst, the hydraulic fracturing permeability improvement technology is proposed in underground mine of Xing'an Coal Mine. Based on the field test of hydraulic fracturing, in order to identify the proper water pressure, the numerical simulation is used to calculate the critical water pressure of initial crack, and the simulation result of water pressure is 12.4 MPa. The test of numerical simulation and field experiment show that underground hydraulic fracturing can improve the efficiency of gas drainage.
