Abstract:
In order to study rapid excavation technology for rock with low permeability, we measured the field excavation process, analyzed and optimized the measured time. The main conclusions are that rapid excavation process influences mainly blasting method and transport system; we optimize the former blasting method as inclined underholing with medium-length hole, different order, and elementary errors. The depth of cutting hole increases to 2.2 m, the depth of other holes increases to 2.0 m; construction personnel can enter the turning corner to repair orbit switch in time, ensure the sufficiency of mine car, and lay belt conveyor in conveyor road,which can improve the efficiency of transportation greatly; meanwhile, cross-parallel operation is carried out through optimization, the anticipated drivage length is promoted from 72 m to around 108 m and we achieve the goal of the rapid excavation.
