采动应力叠加影响下区段煤柱合理宽度研究

    Research on the Reasonable Width of Sectional Coal Pillars Under the Influence of Mining Stress Superposition

    • 摘要: 针对崔家寨矿5#煤层具体开采条件,根据三维应力状态下煤(岩)体的极限平衡理论,推导煤柱两侧不同采动影响极限平衡区宽度计算公式,得出合理煤柱宽度理论值。继而采用FLAC3D模拟软件分析不同宽度煤柱受力状况及其倾斜方向上的应力场特征。数值模拟与理论计算结果综合对比,确定了适合崔家寨矿5#煤层条件的合理煤柱尺寸为6~7 m。研究结果为复杂应力条件下煤柱宽度的合理留设、巷道围岩稳定性控制等提供了参考。

       

      Abstract: According to mining conditions of the No.5 coal seam in Cuijiazhai mine,based on the limit equilibrium theory in the three dimensional stress states,this paper deduced the calculation formulas of the limit equilibrium zone width under the influence of mining on both sides of the coal pillar.The theoretical values of coal pillars' width were obtained.Then,stress states of different widths of coal pillar and stress field characteristics in its tilt direction were analyzed by using the FLAC3D numerical simulation software.In comprehensive comparison with the results of numerical simulation and theoretical calculation,the rational coal pillar width was set as 6~7 m in No.5 coal seam of Cuijiazhai coal mine.In addition,this paper provides the reference for retaining reasonable sectional coal pillars and controlling stability of surrounding rock under complex stress conditions.
