Abstract:
For fractured surrounding rock and failure supporting problem of -850 m deep belt roadway in Jiulong Coal Mine, we studied the failure mechanism and stability of roadway by rock mechanical properties testing, crack sighting and secondary reinforcement combined shallow hole grouting with deep hole grouting anchor. The results showed that the main reasons of surrounding rock failure of belt roadway were high horizontal tectonic stress and the unreasonable of support structure design. The secondary reinforcement support scheme combined shallow hole grouting with deep hole grouting anchor through failure mechanism and theoretical calculation could effectively solve the problem of surrounding rock failure due to high horizontal tectonic stress. The deformation of two sides, roof and floor increased 5 cm and 3.5 cm compared with non-grouting reinforcement. It controlled the whole deformation of the surrounding rock with better support effect.
