深部大巷破碎围岩注浆支护技术

    Grouting Support Technology of Fractured Surrounding Rock in Deep Roadway

    • 摘要: 针对九龙煤矿-850 m深部胶带大巷围岩破碎、支护失效等问题,通过围岩力学性能测试、围岩裂隙窥视、巷道围岩浅孔注浆结合深孔注浆锚索二次加固试验对巷道围岩破坏机理和稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,巷道所处位置水平构造应力大和巷道支护结构设计不合理是造成胶带大巷围岩破坏的主要原因。根据破坏机理和理论计算得到的浅孔注浆结合深孔注浆锚索二次加固支护方案能有效解决由水平构造应力带来的巷道围岩破坏问题,巷道注浆加固后,巷道两帮和顶底移近量较加固前仅增长5 cm和3.5 cm,控制了巷道围岩整体移近量,支护效果明显。

       

      Abstract: For fractured surrounding rock and failure supporting problem of -850 m deep belt roadway in Jiulong Coal Mine, we studied the failure mechanism and stability of roadway by rock mechanical properties testing, crack sighting and secondary reinforcement combined shallow hole grouting with deep hole grouting anchor. The results showed that the main reasons of surrounding rock failure of belt roadway were high horizontal tectonic stress and the unreasonable of support structure design. The secondary reinforcement support scheme combined shallow hole grouting with deep hole grouting anchor through failure mechanism and theoretical calculation could effectively solve the problem of surrounding rock failure due to high horizontal tectonic stress. The deformation of two sides, roof and floor increased 5 cm and 3.5 cm compared with non-grouting reinforcement. It controlled the whole deformation of the surrounding rock with better support effect.
