大断面厚层复合顶板煤巷帮顶协同支护技术

    Synergies Support Technology for Large Section Coal Roadway with Thick Complex Roof

    • 摘要: 为解决陈四楼煤矿2513胶带顺槽大断面厚层复合顶板煤巷支护困难的问题,分析了巷道的围岩稳定性,得出了顶板运移过程可分为层间滑移、挠曲离层、失稳冒落3个阶段,而帮部稳定性的决定因素为极限应力平衡区的宽度。根据围岩情况,采用了以顶板锚杆索阶梯式支护技术和帮部走向锚索梁支护技术为核心的协同控制技术。观测表明:顶板最大下沉量为73 mm,两帮最大移近量为147 mm,2 m基点离层量为19 mm,6 m基点离层值为33 mm,有效控制了巷道围岩,巷道维护满足生产需要。

       

      Abstract: To solve support difficult problem for the 2513 coal roadway with thick layer complex roof of Chensilou Coal Mine, we analyze the stability of surrounding rock of roadway including that the migration process can be drawn into the roof interlayer slip, flex separation, instability caving in three stages, and the determining factor for the stability of the both side is the width of the limit stress balance area. According to rock the situation, we use a rope ladder to the roof bolt support technology and the coal side anchor beam supporting active control technology as the core technology. Mine pressure observation showed that the maximum amount of subsidence for the roof is 73 mm, the maximum closer capacity of two groups is 147 mm, 2 m basic point separation capacity is 19 mm,6 m basic point separation is 33 mm, wich contros the roadway effectively and meets production needs.
