Abstract:
Taking conveyor gateway of 14257 fully mechanized caving face in soft thick coal seam gob-side entry driving of Xiaotun Mine as engineering background, through theoretical study and numerical simulation and other means, we determine the reasonable size of narrow pillar of 5 to 6 m, and propose high preload, high-strength steel mesh and anchor support reinforcement programs for roadway geological conditions, and monitor surface displacement of roadway surrounding rock during mining period. The results show that the overall showing of roadway surface displacement trend is narrow pillar laneway's side>roof>coalmass laneway's side > floor; maximum amount of roof and floor is closer to 157 mm; maximum convergence of two walls is closer to 191 mm; control effect of surrounding rock is obvious, which can protect safety mining of face.
