松软厚煤层综放工作面沿空掘巷技术

    Gob-side Entry Driving Technology of Fully Mechanized Caving Face in Soft Thick Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 以松软厚煤层沿空掘巷小屯矿14257综放工作面运输顺槽为工程背景,通过理论研究和数值模拟等手段,确定了窄煤柱的合理尺寸为5~6 m。针对巷道的地质条件提出高预紧力、高强锚网索联合支护加固方案,并对巷道掘巷期间围岩表面位移进行监测。结果表明:巷道表面位移总体呈现出窄煤柱侧帮>顶板>实体侧帮>底板的趋势,顶底板最大移近量为157 mm,两帮最大移近量为191 mm,围岩控制效果明显,可保障工作面的安全回采。

       

      Abstract: Taking conveyor gateway of 14257 fully mechanized caving face in soft thick coal seam gob-side entry driving of Xiaotun Mine as engineering background, through theoretical study and numerical simulation and other means, we determine the reasonable size of narrow pillar of 5 to 6 m, and propose high preload, high-strength steel mesh and anchor support reinforcement programs for roadway geological conditions, and monitor surface displacement of roadway surrounding rock during mining period. The results show that the overall showing of roadway surface displacement trend is narrow pillar laneway's side>roof>coalmass laneway's side > floor; maximum amount of roof and floor is closer to 157 mm; maximum convergence of two walls is closer to 191 mm; control effect of surrounding rock is obvious, which can protect safety mining of face.
