    Fire Prevention Technology for Super Long Working Face in Kilometer Deep Shaft During Crossing Fault

    • 摘要: 针对口孜东矿111303工作面过断层期间因推进速度慢、浮煤堆积多且空间大、动力灾害频繁引起的采空区遗煤自燃严重的问题。在减少工作面风量、降低工作面的抽采负压及强化防火监测监控的基础上,对采空区实行连续注氮,增加高温隐患点的灌浆次数,对工作面架间埋管注液体CO2,着重对易自燃区域定点注浆、注水、充填瑞米材料,各项技术相互配合、相互补充。通过对工作面上隅角、工作面高抽巷及工作面重点区域CO情况进行分析,得知遗煤自燃已经得到很好的控制,各项监测指标也在合理范围内,有效保证了111303工作面过断层期间安全回采。

       

      Abstract: For the problem that the residual coal in goaf appears serious spontaneous combustion due to the slow advancing velocity, accumulated and large space float coal, frequent dynamic disasters during the period of Kouzidong Mine 111303 working face crossing fault. After the reduction of working face air volume, the working face of the negative pressure drainage and reinforcement of fire monitoring, the implementation of continuous nitrogen injection in goaf, increasing the number of hidden points grouting at high temperature, injecting liquid CO2 to the working face frame, we focus on designated grouting and water, filling the Remy materials in the spontaneous combustion area, and each technology cooperates with each other, complements each other. Through analysis of the concentration of CO in upper corner, high level suction roadway and the key regions, we can get the residual coal spontaneous combustion has been well controlled, the monitoring indicators are in a reasonable range, which effectively guarantee the safety mining of 111303 working face crossing fault.
