不同氧浓度下煤氧化动力学参数的试验研究

    Experimental Study on Oxidation Kinetics Parameters of Coal Under Different Oxygen Concentration

    • 摘要: 为研究煤低温氧化动力学参数和氧浓度的关系,配比了5.9%、10.2%、16%、21.3% 4组不同氧浓度的氮氧混合气,并与混合粒径的煤样在自制的油浴式煤低温氧化试验系统进行升温氧化试验;测得不同温度下煤样罐出口氧气的体积分数,并且进行了重复试验;结合试验数据,得到了煤在不同氧浓度下和不同温度下的标准耗氧速率,并通过推导得到表观活化能Ea和指前因子A的值和变化规律。结果表明:在相同温度下各组的标准耗氧速率是相同的,EaA的值并不随着氧浓度的改变发生变化,为固定值。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the relationship between oxygen concentration and abandoned coal low-temperature oxidation kinetics parameters, we match four groups of different mixture of oxygen and nitrogen, the oxygen concentration is 5.9%, 10.2%, 16% and 21.3% respectively. We carry out heat oxidation experiment by reacting with hybrid particle size of coal samples in oil bath type coal low temperature oxidation experimental system, and measure the volume fraction of O2 at the outlet of coal sample tank at different temperature, and repeat the experiment in every oxygen concentration. We get the standard oxygen consumption rate of different oxygen concentration at different temperature, and the changing law of the apparent activation energy(Ea)and pre-exponential factor(A). The results show that the standard oxygen consumption rate is the same in same temperature, the Ea and A do not change with the change of oxygen concentration, it's a fixed value.
