煤层超高压定点水力压裂防冲工艺研究

    Study on Rock Burst Prevention Process of Extra-high Pressure Fixed-point Hydraulic Fracturing in Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿高动压区域掘进巷道过程中缺乏区域化卸压方法的现状,基于煤层注水压裂防冲机理,通过长钻孔控制性压裂工艺研究,提出了煤层超高压定点水力压裂防冲工艺。为检验该技术的可行性,在华丰煤矿进行了现场工业性试验,联合采用微震监测系统、应力动态实时监测系统与管路压力传感器,对试验过程中煤岩体微震破裂事件、煤岩体应力变化情况和管路压力进行了监测分析,证明了该技术能够大幅度降低冲击煤层的危险性。

       

      Abstract: For the status that lacking of regional pressure releasing methods in the driving of roadway with strong dynamic in coal mine,based on the mechanism of hydraulic fracturing to prevent the rock burst in coal seam,we propose the process of extra-high pressure fixed-point hydraulic fracturing in coal seam for rock burst prevention by researching the long hole controlling hydraulic fracturing.To test the feasibility of technology,industrial experiments were done in Huafeng Coal Mine,with the micro seismic monitoring system,stress dynamic real-time monitoring system and pressure sensors to monitor and analyze micro seismic events,stress variation in coal-rock and pipeline pressure in the experiments,which proved that the technology can reduce the danger of coal seam with rock burst risk.
