Numerical Simulation for Grouting Bolt Structure Optimization

  • 摘要: 注浆锚杆杆体上布置有注浆孔,由于孔的影响,杆体被削弱,引起应力增加和强度减弱,从而降低了杆体的承载能力。运用有限元软件Abaqus建立了注浆锚杆数值计算模型,对注浆锚杆力学性能进行分析,系统研究了杆体壁厚、注浆孔数目、注浆孔间距等锚杆结构参数对注浆锚杆力学性能的影响。结果表明:锚杆壁厚直接影响杆体的承载能力,壁厚越大锚杆能承受更大的载荷;在相同壁厚情况下,注浆孔数目起主导因素,孔间距次之。
    Abstract: Grouting holes arranged on rod body can lead to increased stress and strength because of the influence of the holes and the weakened rod body, which reduces the carrying capacity of the rod body. We establish grouting bolt model by applying the finite element software Abaqus, and analyze the mechanic performance of grouting bolt, systematically research the influence of bolt structure parameters including wall thickness of rod body, the number of grouting hole, grouting hole spacing on the mechanical property of grouting bolt. The results show that the wall thickness directly influences the bearing capacity of the rod body, the greater of the wall thickness, the bolt can bear larger load; under the condition of the same wall thickness, the number of grouting hole plays a leading factor, hole spacing takes second place.
