大断面软岩巷道支护失效机理及优化设计
Support Failure Mechanism and Optimization Design of Large Section and Soft Rock Roadway

摘要: 针对当前店坪煤矿-900 m水平大断面软岩轨道大巷采用传统锚网索喷联合支护不能奏效的问题,分析了该巷道支护失效的机理,并对巷道支护方案进行了优化设计。通过数值模拟和现场应用表明:采用“锚杆+锚索+金属网+喷浆+注浆”联合支护方案可以有效控制巷道的大变形和垮冒,经过180 d的监测,巷道顶底板移近量最大值为193 mm,两帮移近量最大值为118 mm,监测后期巷道变形趋于稳定。Abstract: For the problem that the traditional combined support at -900 m level large section and soft rock roadway in Dianping Mine is failure, we analyze the failure mechanism and optimize supporting measure of roadway. Numerical simulation and field test shows that "bolting, anchor cable, metal net, guniting, grouting" combined support can better control the deformation and collapse of roadway. After 180 days, the max relative convergence from roof to floor is 193 mm; the max relative convergence of two sides is 118 mm; the amount of deformation is stable.
