围岩含水时下行穿层测压钻孔封孔工艺的改进

    Hole Sealing Process Improvement for Downward Through Beds Pressure Hole of Surrounding Rock Containing Water

    • 摘要: 首先介绍了聚氨酯-水泥浆封孔方法的步骤,进而分析了该方法在下行穿层测压钻孔与含水裂隙沟通后封孔过程中遇到的问题,并针对这些问题对原有的方法进行了改进。用赛瑞封孔袋来代替毛巾包裹聚氨酯作为堵头材料;研发了简易压风注浆泵,把水泥浆从钻孔底部缓慢注入,把钻孔积水从孔口挤出;除测压管外又增加了1根排水管通到测压气室内,利用压风将测压室内的水排出。该方法在王行庄煤矿北翼12采区测压过程中得到了应用,成功测出了其煤层的瓦斯压力。

       

      Abstract: We introduce the steps of polyurethane-cement paste hole sealing method, analyze the problems of this method in sealing process when the downward through beds pressure hole connects with the fracture containing water, and improve the original method to solve these problems. Using sealing bags packaging modified polyurethane to replace a towel wrapped polyurethane as the plug material, we develop a simple grouting pump powered by compressed air, inject the cement paste from the bottom of the drilling so as to pile out of the water in the borehole from the orifice. In addition to the piezometric pipe, we add a drainpipe to the testing room, which is used for piling out the water in the testing room powered by compressed air. This method is applied to the gas pressure measurement at the north wing 12 mining area of Wangxingzhuang Coal Mine, which successfully measures the gas pressure of the specified coal seam.
