Abstract: Through analyzing the good practice in safety management,advanced experience and achievements of Huangling mining company in recent years,it is showed that creating intrinsic safety enterprise can be achieved by implementing "safety supremacy" concept.Carrying out the scientific concept of development,implementing the party's principles and policies,improving the whole quality of the staff,regulating the operation of the worker behavior,innovating safety management mechanism,sustainable and stable development of enterprise is promoted.
