基于电磁波传输随钻测量参数的技术

    Technology of Parameters Measurement While Drilling Based on Electromagnetic Wave Transmission

    • 摘要: 针对现有煤矿对所施工的钻孔空间轨迹控制的要求越来越高,钻孔施工过程中,由于地球引力、岩层因素以及工艺技术等方面的影响,实际钻孔轨迹都存在于设计轨迹偏离的现象,提出一种基于电磁波传输随钻测量参数的方案,以钻杆为传输介质将随钻测量参数以电磁波的形式发送给主机。给出了随钻测量系统的整体设计方案、信号传输处理方式、信号发送和接收关键硬件电路设计、软件总体处理流程。通过样机的试用情况来看,样机能够准确地将钻头处的参数传递到主机,并能够实时地显示钻孔轨迹参数,即时了解钻孔施工情况,指导工作人员及时调整钻具组合方式和钻孔工艺参数,使钻孔尽可能的按照预定方向延伸,节约了大量的人力和物力,取得了良好的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the higher requirements of coal mines for the drilling borehole trajectory construction quality, in the process of drilling construction, because of the influence of earth gravity, rock factor and process technology, the drilling borehole trajectory will drift. A design scheme is proposed based on electromagnetic wave transmission parameters measurement while drilling, the drilling pipe is taken as the transmission medium, and MWD parameters will be sent to the host in the form of electromagnetic waves. It is given that the whole design scheme of the system, the signal transmission and processing method, the hardware circuit design of signal sending and receiving, and software management flow. The application status of prototype shows that the prototype can accurately transmit parameters of drilling bit to the host, and can real-time display trajectory parameters of borehole, timely to know the situation of drilling construction. It can guide the staff manner to adjust the bottom hole assembly and drilling parameters in time, so that the drill can extend according to the predetermined direction, which can save a lot of manpower and material resources, and has obtained excellent economic benefits.
