潘一矿东区下保护层开采保护范围合理性研究

    Rationality Study of Protection Scope of Underside Protective Layer Mining in East Region of Panyi Mine

    • 摘要: 以潘一矿东区1252(1)工作面下保护层开采为研究对象,基于保护层开采条件下煤岩体变形和瓦斯渗流理论,采用数值模拟分析保护层上覆岩层应力和变形特征、煤层透气性规律,通过现场试验验证,结果表明实际卸压角大于理论卸压角;在理论保护范围边界与保护层开采垂直投影之间存在着过渡卸压区,在过渡卸压区内采取瓦斯抽采措施可以有效降低该区域煤体突出危险性,从而扩大了保护范围。

       

      Abstract: Taking the underside protective layer mining in the working face of Panyi Coal Mine as the research object, based on the theory of coal rock deformation and gas flow under the condition of protective layer mining, it is concluded that the actual pressure-relief angle is greater than the theoretical pressure-relief angle by the numerical simulation analysis for stress and deformation characteristics, coal seam permeability rule of protective layer overlying strata. There is a transitional distressed zone between original coal and full pressure-relief zone, so is the coal seam permeability coefficient. Gas extraction measures can effectively eliminate the outburst danger in the transitional distressed zone, and expand the protection scope further.
