基于红外作用条件下瓦斯解吸特征实验研究

    Experimental Study on Gas Desorption Characteristics Under the Condition of Infrared

    • 摘要: 为了研究红外作用条件下的颗粒煤吸附/解吸特征,采用自主研发的红外条件下的吸附/解吸装置,通过不同红外温度条件下颗粒煤解吸实验以及红外和水浴条件下颗粒煤解吸对比实验,结合不同吸附/解吸公式对实验数据进行拟合分析。研究结果表明:红外能够促进颗粒煤解吸,增大解吸速率,增加解吸量;在相同的吸附条件下,红外作用下的解吸总量是水浴条件下的1.3~1.4倍;红外作用下颗粒煤的解吸符合有上限单调递增函数,且王佑安式能很好的描述解吸特性。

       

      Abstract: In order to study coal granule adsorption/desorption characteristics under the condition of infrared, we use self-developed adsorption/desorption device under conditions of infrared; through the granular coal desorption experiments under the conditions of different infrared temperature and comparing the granular coal desorption experiments under the condition of infrared and water bath, combination of different adsorption/desorption equation is carried out fitting analysis of the experimental data. Results show that the infrared can promote particle coal desorption, increase the desorption rate, increase the desorption amount; under the condition of the same adsorption, under the conditions of the infrared the total desorption is 1.3 to 1.4 times under the action of water bath; under the action of the infrared coal particles desorption conform to the upper limit monotonically increasing function, and Wang You'an equation can be a very good description of desorption characteristics.
