Abstract:
For the anchoring failure phenomenon leaded by the damaged tray of fiber reinforced plastics anchoring system, the research analyzes its stress in mechanical and the static analysis module of the finite element software ANSYS is applied to carry out simulation analysis on the tray. The results show that the occurrence of cracked or broken pallets, mainly because of excessive deformation at the edge which caused tensile failure of tangential. Then the rupture extends to the center of the tray thereby causing the entire tray crushing failure. The numerical simulation result corresponds to the theoretical analysis. According to the statistics of failure situation of fiber reinforced plastics bolting at return air roadway of 150405 face of Duanwang Mine in Shanxi Province, it also verifies the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation conclusion. On this basis, a more reasonable structural model tray is proposed in fixed axial load.
