软岩巷道围岩变形破坏规律与支护方案优化

    Deformation and Damage Law of Soft Rock Roadway and Its Supporting Scheme Optimization

    • 摘要: 针对清水煤矿高应力软岩巷道变形严重这一问题,通过对巷道围岩深部位移和围岩松动圈进行监测,确定巷道围岩不同深度的围岩变形特征和松动圈范围,进而对巷道支护方案进行优化。研究表明:顶板变形集中部位为1~4 m深范围,两帮变形集中部位为2~4 m深度范围,巷道围岩松动圈的范围为2.9~3 m;将原有巷道的支护方案改为长度为5 m的加长锚杆进行支护,通过数值模拟验证该方案可以有效的控制围岩变形。

       

      Abstract: For the serious deformation of high stress soft rock roadway in Qingshui Coal Mine, the characteristics of surrounding rock deformation and loose circle range were determined through roadway deep displacement monitoring and loose circle test. And this provided basis for supporting scheme optimization. Research result showed that the range of roof concentrated deformation was at the depth from 1m to 4 m. The range of buttock concentrated deformation was at the depth from 2 m to 4 m. The thick of surrounding rock loose circle was from 2.9 m to 3 m; the original roadway supporting scheme was revised. The lengthening anchor of 5 m was used to support roadway. Numerical simulation verify that this supporting scheme can effectively control rock deformation of surrounding rock.
