煤仓清堵空气炮喷爆关键参数数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation on Bursting Key Parameters of Air Cannon in Cleaning Coal Bunker Blocking

    • 摘要: 为了确定煤仓清堵过程中空气炮最佳初始压力,建立了空气炮喷爆数学模型,针对不同工况确定了相应的边界条件和初始条件;采用Fluent软件对初始压力0.4~0.8 MPa下的喷爆过程进行数值模拟,得到了空气炮开启后不同时刻压力、速度云图及变化曲线。分析结果表明:在系统承压范围内,初始压力越高,空气炮的冲击力越大,清堵效果越明显。当工作压力为0.8 MPa时,清堵效果最好。

       

      Abstract: In order to determine the optimal inflation pressure of air cannon in the course of clearing coal bunker blocking, we established a mathematical model of the air cannon busting and determined the appropriate boundary conditions and initial conditions for different operating conditions;we used the Fluent software to simulate the working status under 0.4 MPa to 0.8 MPa inflation pressure of the air cannon bursting, and got the pressure cloud diagrams and velocity cloud diagrams of different times after the air cannon opened.The results showed that within the pressure range of the system, the higher the initial pressure, the more obvious of the effect of clearing the coal bunker blocking.When the working pressure reached 0.8 MPa, the clearing effect is the best
