Abstract:
To solve the large and continuous deformation of Huafeng Mine's central pump room at -1 100 m level, the main reasons for the deformation destroying were analyzed and then composite supporting program based on high strength concrete-filled steel tube support(CFSTS) was designed. Cross-section shape uses inclined wall semicircle arch and the selected main steel tube is
φ219 mm×8 mm seamless steel tube, filled with C40 steel fibre reinforced concrete, assisted bolting and shotcrete support and surrounding rock grouting. The engineering application shows that the composite supporting technology based on CFSTS can effectively prevent the surrounding rock from moving to the roadway space, ensured the long-term stability of the surrounding rock and the reliability of supporting structure.
