Abstract:
In order to solve the problem that Huainan Mining Area deep mine high stress soft rock roadway is difficult to support, and need to repeatedly repair, taking -842 m east wing 1
# return air roadway of Panyi Mine east region as the background to carry out the experimental study of bolt-grouting support, we analyze bolt-grouting support mechanism of deep mine high stress soft rock roadway, and carry out a comparative study with the common end anchor bolting. The results show that the bolting and grouting, changing from end anchor to the whole anchor, improve the radial constraint of deep rock with high shear, improve the mechanical properties of surrounding rock, and improve the supporting structure of the carrying capacity and stiffness. Bolt-grouting section of surrounding rock crack do not development, the engineering application shows that the bolt-grouting roadway surrounding rock displacement reduced significantly, which effectively controls the stability of surrounding rock.
