基于PWM零点标定的瓦斯传感器设计

    Design of Gas Sensor Based on PWM Zero Calibration

    • 摘要: 针对现有基于载体催化元件的瓦斯传感器需要进行人工调节电位器进行零点和线性的标定,造成大量人力和物力浪费的问题。提出了一种基于PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)零点标定的传感器设计方案,分析了现有载体催化元件测量瓦斯浓度的原理和硬件电路设计、基于PWM零点标定的硬件电路和控制算法、最后介绍了基于PWM零点标定, PWM标定可通过瓦斯传感器的CAN总线通信远程实现。

       

      Abstract: According to present gas sensors based on the carrier catalytic element, they need zero and linear calibration by manual adjustment, resulting in a large number of waste problems of manpower and material resources. A sensor design scheme is proposed in view of PWM zero calibration. The principle and the hardware circuit are analyzed about the existing carrier catalytic element for gas concentration measurement, the hardware circuit and control algorithm are proposed based on PWM zero calibration. Finally, it is introduced that PWM calibration can be realized remotely through the CAN bus communication of gas sensor.
