内错尾巷围岩变形控制技术

    Surrounding Rock Deformation Control Technology of Inner Interlocked Tail Road

    • 摘要: 针对阳煤二矿综放工作面内错尾巷受到强烈采动影响发生严重变形,分析了尾巷围岩变形破坏的原因,研究了尾巷围岩控制原理,提出了“采用分节组装式混凝土支柱将顶板压力传递到底板中央控制底鼓,同时减轻两帮受力,进而控制两帮的相对移近量”的高应力内错尾巷围岩控制技术,并应用于80704内错尾巷。试验表明,工作面回采过程中,在混凝土支柱加强支护段内未出现明显底鼓现象,支柱底端未插入底板,巷道断面积普遍保持在6.2 m2以上,顶底板相对移近量最大510 mm,两帮相对移近量最大130 mm。

       

      Abstract: For strongly influence of mining, surrounding rock deformed severely in inner interlocked tail road at fully mechanized caving face of No.2 coal mine of Yangquan Coal Industry Group. We analyzed the reason of deformation, studied the control theory, proposed the surrounding rock control technology which makes roof pressure transfer to floor by concrete pillars, then applied support inner interlocked tail road at 80704 working face. The support experiment showed that the phenomenon of tunnel floor-heave by concrete pillars inserting into the floor do not appear in the mining process. At the same time, the tunnel sectional area is over 6.2 square meter generally, the max convergence between roof and floor is 510 mm, the max convergence between two sidewalls is 130 mm.
