Abstract:
For strongly influence of mining, surrounding rock deformed severely in inner interlocked tail road at fully mechanized caving face of No.2 coal mine of Yangquan Coal Industry Group. We analyzed the reason of deformation, studied the control theory, proposed the surrounding rock control technology which makes roof pressure transfer to floor by concrete pillars, then applied support inner interlocked tail road at 80704 working face. The support experiment showed that the phenomenon of tunnel floor-heave by concrete pillars inserting into the floor do not appear in the mining process. At the same time, the tunnel sectional area is over 6.2 square meter generally, the max convergence between roof and floor is 510 mm, the max convergence between two sidewalls is 130 mm.
