Abstract:
Taking YBT32-2 axial local fan as the research object, the noise intensity and spectrum distribution laws around local fan are collected and analyzed by noise meter and noise spectrum measuring instrument. The results show that because of the effect of airflow acceleration and classification by the two motor wheel blades of local fan, the velocity in outlets is higher than the one in inlets. The impact and friction between the higher velocity of the fluid, the pulley blade and casing wall will produce higher intensity noise, which causes the noise intensity in outlets is obviously higher than the one in inlets; the noise of axial local fan mainly comes from two motor wheel blades cutting air flow. the noise of inlets and outlets is higher than the middle part of the fan, the noise intensity presents a "V" font distribution on the casing surface; the interference strengthening phenomenon happens when noise sound waves propagate downward in the rigid wall, which makes the noise intensity of lower casing is significantly higher than the one of upper casing. The noise spectrum measurement experiments show that the noise of axial local fan in outlets and inlets is mainly medium and high frequency noise. However, the low-frequency noise in outlets is also a large proportion.
