环流气水雾化装置气体流场状态的仿真研究

    Simulation Study on Gas Flow Field of Circulation Gas-water Atomization Device

    • 摘要: 利用流体动力学软件Fluent模拟计算环流气水雾化装置的流场状态,并对不同进水管伸出长度对气体流动的影响进行分析。结果表明:气流速度在环缝出口处达到最大,随着喷射距离的增加,速度值降低;当进水管伸出长度﹤5 mm时,管内的气体发生逆流,影响装置的雾化;进水管出口端的负压值随伸出长度的增大而减小。考虑回流及负压的影响,进水管的伸出长度应在5~6 mm。

       

      Abstract: The gas flow filed in the circulation gas-water atomization is simulated by using the computational fluid dynamics software Fluent, and the effect of different distance of inlet pipe on the gas flow filed is analyzed. Results show that the gas velocity increases to the maximum value at the circular seam and decreases with the farther spraying distance. The gas of inlet pipe flows back when the extending length of inlet pipe is shorter than 5 mm, which leads to the failure of atomization for the device. The value of negative pressure on outside of inlet pipe decreases with the increase of extending length. Considering the negative pressure and recirculation zone, the extending length of inlet pipe should be 5 to 6 mm.
