Abstract:
The negative behaviors of miners in coal mine safety production have been gradually drawn attention from scholars. The existing research on the cause of negative behavior at workplace mainly focuses on investigating its influence factors and action mechanism instead of explaining the repetitive phenomenon of the same behavior from the vertical angle, which could not effectively curb the frequent occurrence of negative behavior. We proposed the concept of trans-learning and interpreted its connotation from the perspective of behavior occurrence and mechanism maintenance. With the documental analysis, we proposed three typical forms of trans-learning including cognitive trans-learning, incentive trans-learning and relational trans-learning, and developed the trans-learning scale independently, and explored the difference in demographic and organizational work variables. In this study, empirical research methods such as factor analysis, correlation analysis, analysis of variance, and descriptive statistics were used through 365 valid questionnaires from miners. The study found that there are significant differences in miners’ trans-learning of different gender, educational status, monthly income and type of work.
