对冲追溯机制的煤矿班组综合绩效考核方法研究

    Assessment Method Research of Coalmine Group Comprehensive Performance Based on Hedge Retroactive Mechanism

    • 摘要: 煤矿企业的生产区队是最基层的生产单位,区队的安全管理工作从源头上把握安全关,是整个安全管理系统工程中重要组成部分。区队是构成矿井整体的主要价值单元,安全状况、质量标准化、成本控制等一系列关键因素和综合管理水平直接体现了矿井的管理水平。以矿井综采区队管理为基础,针对区队、班组的特点进行研究,经不断摸索和实践,提出了基于对冲追溯机制的煤矿班组千分制综合绩效考核办法,有效提升区队、班组综合管理水平,实现矿井自主、系统自控、区队自治、班组自理、员工自律的“五自”管理体制。

       

      Abstract: The production district teams of coalmine enterprises are the most basic production units, the safety management of district teams should be handled from the source, it is an important part in the overall safety management system project. The district team is the main value unit to constitute the overall mine, a series of key factors and comprehensive management level directly reflects the management level of mine, such as safety situation, quality standardization, cost control and so on. On the basis of coalmine mining team management, the features of team and group are studied. Through continuous exploration and practice, the comprehensive performance assessment method of coalmine group micrometer system is proposed based on the hedge retroactive mechanism, which effectively promotes the comprehensive management level of team and group. The five self-management system is achieved, including mine autonomy, system automation, district team autonomy, team self-care, employee self-discipline.
