基于FBG技术的副井马头门变形在线监测

    Online Monitoring of Auxiliary Shaft Ingate Deformation Based on Fiber Bragg Grating Technology

    • 摘要: 板集煤矿副井马头门埋深达到762 m,地应力大变形严重。从光纤Bragg光栅技术基本原理出发,分析了传感力学模型,采用自带温补式FBG应变传感器搭建了在线监测系统,针对马头门地质结构设计了监测断面,对监测断面上传感器的布置进行了系统研究。通过对监测断面上传感器数据的长期监测对比分析,发现其变形规律与实际受力情况比较吻合。将FBG技术应用到煤矿深立井马头门的结构监测中,为后期评价矿井安全状况与运行状态提供了依据。

       

      Abstract: The depth of auxiliary shaft ingate reaches 762 m in Banji Coal Mine, the ground stress is big and deformation is serious. From the basic principle of fiber Bragg grating sensing technology, the sensing mechanical model is analyzed, and the online monitoring system is built with temperature compensation type FBG strain sensor. The monitoring section is designed according to the geological structure of ingate, and the systematic study is carried out for the sensor arrangement on the monitoring sections. Through long-term monitoring and comparative analysis for the sensor data of monitoring section, it shows that the deformation laws and the actual stress are consistent. FBG technology has been used to monitor the structure of deep mine shaft ingate, which will provide the basis for the safety assessment and the running state of mine.
