Abstract:
The depth of auxiliary shaft ingate reaches 762 m in Banji Coal Mine, the ground stress is big and deformation is serious. From the basic principle of fiber Bragg grating sensing technology, the sensing mechanical model is analyzed, and the online monitoring system is built with temperature compensation type FBG strain sensor. The monitoring section is designed according to the geological structure of ingate, and the systematic study is carried out for the sensor arrangement on the monitoring sections. Through long-term monitoring and comparative analysis for the sensor data of monitoring section, it shows that the deformation laws and the actual stress are consistent. FBG technology has been used to monitor the structure of deep mine shaft ingate, which will provide the basis for the safety assessment and the running state of mine.
