基于复变函数法的“三软”煤层回采巷道断面设计

Section Design of Mining Roadway in "Three Soft" Coal Seam Based on Complex Function Method

  • 摘要: 针对“三软”煤层回采巷道维护、替棚困难,以邹庄矿3204工作面为工程背景,提出平顶U形断面巷道设计。应用复变函数法得出了任意断面巷道围岩应力的解析表达式,给出了矩形、梯形和平顶U形巷道围岩应力分布图。应力分布规律表明,平顶U形巷道围岩应力较矩形和梯形巷道更小,更适合“三软”煤层回采巷道采用。现场实测表明:采用平顶U形断面巷道设计,巷道两帮最大移近量为312 mm、顶底板最大移近量为267 mm,巷道围岩变形得到了有效控制。
    Abstract: Aiming at the difficulties of mining roadway maintenance and substituting shed in "three soft" coal seam, the flattened U shape roadway section design was proposed according to the condition of 3204 working face in Zouzhuang Coal Mine. The analytical expression of surrounding rock stress in roadway with arbitrary section was obtained by utilizing the complex function method; the surrounding rock stress distribution maps of rectangular, trapezoidal and flattened U shape section roadway were given. The laws of stress distribution showed that the surrounding rock stress of flattened U shape roadway was smaller than those of rectangular and trapezoidal roadway, and flattened U shape roadway was more suitable for "three soft" coal seam. Field measurement showed that the maximum convergence of roadway sides and roof-to-floor were 312 mm and 267 mm respectively. The deformation of roadway surrounding rock has been effectively controlled with the application of flattened U shape roadway section design.
