深部软岩巷道锚注支护技术研究现状与展望

    Research Status and Prospect of Bolt-grouting Support Technology for Deep Soft Roadway

    • 摘要: 深部软岩巷道围岩控制一直是困扰煤矿发展的重大难题,经过国内外学者的大量研究,在深井软岩巷道支护理论和支护技术方面取得了大量研究成果。锚注支护技术是岩土注浆加固与锚杆支护的有机结合,充分体现了注浆与锚固的优点。通过研究锚注支护的作用机理,对注浆锚杆和注浆浆液的类型、特点进行了分析,介绍了安设注浆锚杆与注浆的施工工艺及注意事项,对锚注支护技术未来的研究领域进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Surrounding rock control of deep soft rock roadway has been a major problem plagued the development of coal mines. Through a large study of supporting theory and technology in deep soft rock roadway, scholars at home and abroad have made a lot of research results. Bolt-grouting technology is the organic combination of bolting and grouting supporting, fully embodies the advantages of grouting and anchoring. Based on the mechanical study of bolt-grouting, we analyzed the types and characteristics of bolting and grout, and then introduced the construction technology and precautions of grouting bolting installation and grouting. Finally, we prospected the research field of bolt-grouting support technology in the future.
