基于MATLAB软件的瓦斯爆炸光学特征分析

    Analysis of Gas Explosion Optical Characteristics Based on MATLAB Software

    • 摘要: 瓦斯爆炸的触发因素是点火源。从点火因素出发,构建了2种点火能量的瓦斯爆炸管道实验平台,对同一浓度的瓦斯混合气体进行引爆,借助高速摄影仪对瓦斯爆炸火焰进行拍摄,同时利用MATLAB编程对所拍摄照片进行分析。分析了2种相差较大点火能量下的瓦斯爆炸火焰传播的光学特征,得出了不同点火能量下瓦斯爆炸光学特征规律,提出了小尺度管道内瓦斯爆炸的3个阶段的划分。

       

      Abstract: The trigger factor of gas explosion is ignition source, starting from the ignition factor, the experimental platform of the two ignition energy of gas explosion pipes was established. The same concentration gas mixtures were detonated, and the gas explosion flame was shot with high speed camera, then the photos were analyzed by MATLAB programming. The optical characteristics of gas explosion flame were analyzed under quite different ignition energy, and it was obtained that the optical characteristics law of gas explosion for different ignition energy. Finally, the division of three stages was proposed about gas explosion of small scale pipeline.
