采动区瓦斯地面抽采钻井结构与布井优化设计

    Optimization Design of Well Structure and Drilling Arrangement of Surface Gas Drainage in Mining Area

    • 摘要: 利用顾桥矿前期施工2个工作面10口钻井抽采数据,结合矿井地质地层特点与开采工艺,分析、判别影响抽采效果的有利与不利因素,指导、优化后期施工2个工作面5口钻井的结构与布井方式。通过对比分析前、后两期产气情况,表明通过优化的Ⅲ型钻井在合理的布井方式下基本能够适应顾桥地层,抽采半径达到250~460 m,取得较好的抽采效果。

       

      Abstract: Combined with the characteristics of mine geological formation and mining technology, the extraction data of preliminary construction including 2 working faces and 10 wells of Guqiao Mine were used, to analyze and distinguish the favorable and unfavorable factors affecting the extraction effects, which could guide and optimize well structure and drilling arrangement of later construction of 2 working faces and 5 wells. Through the comparison and analysis on gas production before and after optimization design, the results showed that the optimized Ⅲ type drilling could adapt to Guqiao formations basically under the reasonable well arrangement way, and its drainage radius was about 250 to 460 m, thus achieved ideal drainage effect.
