新型高效抑尘剂的研究与应用

    Research and Application of a New Efficient Dust-depressor

    • 摘要: 为了有效解决煤矿防尘用水表面张力大、润湿性能差、喷雾降尘率低等问题,基于抑尘剂降尘机理的分析,结合抑尘剂溶液的表面张力、接触角及保水性实验,研发了高效、环保的抑尘剂配方-复配试剂B。研究表明:使用复配试剂B后,溶液的表面张力降低了61.73%,初始接触角减小了53.66%,保水率为不使用抑尘剂时的3倍。通过在某矿现场应用结果表明:添加抑尘剂后,降尘率达80%以上,与清水喷雾相比,降尘率平均提高20%以上,且该抑尘剂对呼吸性粉尘的降尘效果更为明显。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of high surface tension, poor wetting properties and low spray dust rate of dustproof water, based on the analysis of the dust reduction mechanism, combined with the surface tension, contact angle and water retention experiment of dust-depressor, the dust-depressor agent was developed that we call it complex reagent B with efficient and environmental characteristics. The research showed that after using the reagent B, the surface tension reduced by 61.73%, the contact angle reduced by 53.66%, and the water retaining rate was 3 times of the original state. The application results of a coal mine showed that the dust-laying rate was above 80% after adding dust-depressor, compared with the clear water spary, the dust-laying rate increased by more than 20% on average, and the effect of dust-depressor is more obvious on respirable dust.
