基于复合钻进技术的煤层瓦斯抽采定向钻孔施工

    Directional Drilling Construction of Coal Seam Gas Drainage Based on Compound Drilling Technology

    • 摘要: 滑动定向钻进技术是一种优秀的煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔施工技术,随着该项技术推广应用的不断深入,其逐渐暴露出钻进安全性差和不利于实现深孔钻进的问题。通过对复合钻进技术原理、特点介绍和分析,提出采用复合钻进技术与滑动定向钻进技术结合的方法解决上述问题。实践证明,复合钻进对于提高综合钻进效率、提高系统钻进能力、改善孔内环境以及实现钻孔轨迹精确控制均有积极意义,可作为煤矿井下安全、高效及深孔定向钻进新技术进行试验和推广。最后,针对当前煤层顶底板瓦斯、水害治理中滑动定向钻进技术存在的问题,提出进行顶底板岩层定向钻孔复合钻进技术研究的建议。

       

      Abstract: The sliding directional drilling technology is an excellent technology of drilling construction for coal seam gas drainage. With the deepening of its popularization and application, the problems of poor safety and difficult in deep drilling have exposed. Through the introduction and analysis of the principle and feature of compound drilling technology, the method is proposed that the combination of the compound drilling technology and the sliding directional drilling technology to solve these problems. The practice shows that the compound drilling technology has a positive significance for improving the comprehensive drilling efficiency, the drilling capacity of existing system and the borehole environment, as well as controlling the drilling trace precisely. It is a new directional drilling technology in underground coal mine, and has the characteristics of safe, high efficient and deep borehole. Finally, according to the problems of sliding directional drilling technology applied in the gas and water disaster control of roof and floor in coal seam, some suggestions are proposed about the compound drilling technology of the directional drilling in roof and floor rock.
